Job title: Senior Process Engineer - Thin Film/PECVD/LPCVD/ALD

About the Role Join ASM as a Senior Process Engineer/Team Lead responsible for driving the process development for new customer products in Thin Film/PECVD/LPCVD/ALD, sustaining the customer relationship with HVM teams, and delivering NPI programs on schedule. You will lead module process improvements, build cross-functional partnerships, and develop talent to push next-generation semiconductor solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead process team for key customer new products/applications penetration and drive successful product introductions.
• Maintain sustain application position with the customer HVM team.
• Lead module process and equipment fundamental improvements and optimization.
• Define overall NPI program schedules, align on execution plans, and drive deliverables to completion while meeting critical milestones per the customer roadmap.
• Proactively identify talent and continuously develop team members with a deliberate roadmap.
• Develop metrics to measure NPI program performance and drive improvements through successive product introductions.
• Build strong cross-functional and matrixed relationships and collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Development, Service Engineering, and others to ensure a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Education in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 15+ years (Bachelor) or 12+ years (MS/Dr.) of experience in the semiconductor field, especially in Thin Film/PECVD/LPCVD/ALD module process development.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations.
• Effective English oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities to exercise influence both throughout the organization and with BU/Service Team.
• Goal- and customer-oriented mindset.
• Positive and energetic attitude with strong work ethic and initiative.

Nice to Have

• Tool vendor experience is a plus.
