About the Role The Senior Process Engineer (Photolithography) will support a GaAs fabrication facility in a 24x7 production environment. The role focuses on sustaining and improving compound-semiconductor photolithography processes for current technology and collaborating with the development team on new technologies to optimize resist coat, exposure, development, metrology tools, and related processes. The engineer will implement and improve process control using FDC and SPC, work in a team to enhance tool capability, reduce defects and PCM failures, and ensure timely disposition of held lots.
