Job title: Senior Procesoperator - FluoroMonomers & Power
About the Role Senior Procesoperator at Chemours in Dordrecht is responsible for monitoring and controlling complex chemical production processes within the Monomers & Power department. You work in an environment where production processes and utilities are tightly linked, and your oversight and experience make the difference.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and control the full production process; shift work from the control room and in the plant.
- Analyze deviations and support in complex situations.
- Work with processes such as pyrolysis, extraction and neutralization, and with utilities like steam supply, compressors and waste treatment facilities.
- Take responsibility for the stability of installations, think ahead and actively contribute to safety, reliability and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 10-15 years of experience in the chemical industry; strong understanding of the process operator role.
- Ability to work independently, think analytically and stay calm in fast-moving situations.
- Strong Dutch language and English communication.
- Willingness to work in a shift environment and interact with multiple technical disciplines.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary between €4,000 and €5,200 gross per month (excl. vacation allowance and 13th month).
- 27% shift allowance on top of 13th month and vacation pay; vacation pay (8%), 13th month (8.33%), life course allowance (2.4%) and team bonus.
- Option to exchange 13th month for up to 20 extra days off.
- Including shift allowance, 13th month, vacation pay and life course allowance yields an annual gross range of €72,000 to €94,000.
- Starting with at least 25 vacation days and an ADV day; vacation days and ADV hours increase with tenure and age.
- Travel allowance as per the employee handbook and health insurance contribution of about €1,200 gross per year.
- Development opportunities, including training; each employee has an annual development budget that can be carried forward for up to 3 consecutive years.
