- Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence executive decision-making. What We're Looking For
- 15+ years in sales compensation design
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytics and executive communication
- AI and analytics fluency
- Cross-functional leadership across Finance/HR/IT/Product Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $200k-$317k/yr
