- Lead mechanical design and analysis for aerospace/defense systems across the program lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust hardware solutions
- Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and ensure compliance with DoD standards and customer needs What We're Looking For
