Liquid Personnel are proud to be supporting Medway Council in recruiting a Senior Practitioner to join their Children's Social Work Team on a permanent basis.

Your key responsibilities include managing a caseload of complex children's social work cases, completing assessments, planning and interventions to safeguard children, supporting and mentoring less experienced social workers, and working alongside managers to drive high-quality practice across the team.
For this role you will need a Social Work qualification and SWE registration, successful completion of ASYE, experience within statutory Children's Services, and a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
