Job title: Senior Power Platform Engineer
About the Role
Senior Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and deploy innovative Power Platform solutions that address complex business problems and improve operational efficiency. You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Agents to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps.
- Create automated workflows with Power Automate.
- Develop interactive dashboards and advanced reports in Power BI.
- Implement intelligent chatbots and customer service solutions with Power Virtual Agents.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and propose efficient solutions.
- Act as an internal consultant for best practices in Power Platform utilization.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and end users.
- Identify continuous improvement and process optimization opportunities.
- Ensure the quality and scalability of developed solutions.
- Implement and manage integrations with other Microsoft and third-party systems and services.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for end users and internal teams.
- Document processes, designs, and implementation procedures clearly and in detail.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Great interpersonal skills and a keen inclination toward collaborative teamwork.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Proficiency in RAD tools, such as low-code platforms, and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
