Job title: Senior Power Platform Developer
About the Role This role focuses on developing and maintaining enterprise-level Power Platform-based applications for a leading food corporation. You will design, develop, and optimize Power Apps and related solutions, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven) with customizations, web parts, workflows, and integrations using Power Platform and related technologies
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies (e.g., React)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and team members to align technical solutions with business goals
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement QA processes to deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions
- Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues, ensuring stability of Power Platform solutions in production
- Create and maintain technical documentation (design specs, code docs, deployment guides) for knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with latest Power Platform trends and best practices; share knowledge with the team
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Power Platform development and administration
- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, Admin Center, and CoE
- Dataverse security model expertise; designing/optimizing Dataverse entities and tables
- Extensive experience building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate flows
- Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Fx
- Experience with PCF, plugins, custom workflows, and API/connectors integration
- Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization
- Ability to implement role-based security and DLP policies in Power Platform
- Microsoft 365 integration (SharePoint, Teams, Excel) knowledge
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies; requirements gathering and solution design
