Senior Power BI Developer

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join Coca-Cola Hellenic Digital & Technology Platform Services (DTPS) as part of the BI Reporting team. The role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise and operational reporting, transforming data into trusted insights, and collaborating with business and IT to enable data-driven decisions. The position involves connecting certified data sources to Power BI front-ends and creating a single source of truth for reporting. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that provide deep insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
• Lead BI projects from concept to completion, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT, to ensure BI solutions meet business needs.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of BI solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Utilize advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create complex calculations and data models.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior BI developers and analysts. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, or related field (or equivalent of 5 years of practical experience).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI/Qlik or Tableau.
• Experienced with data visualization principles, measure/KBI-creation & best principles in semantic modeling (especially star schema creation).
• Strong experience with DAX for creating complex calculations in Power BI or similar tools.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience with large data analytics languages like SQL/TSQL/MSQL.
• Proven practical experience in implementing/organizing the implementation of technical products with business/none-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good proficiency in English as a day-to-day business language. Nice to Have
• First proven leadership capabilities towards junior employees and a proactive approach to project management.
• Basic programming knowledge in any high-level programming language (C++/C#/Java/Python/R).
• Knowledge of Power Query for data preparation and transformation.
