Shape the technologies and solutions that will strengthen the future Digital Grid portfolio. Drawing on your expertise in power systems and grid technologies, you will assess emerging technologies, digital solutions, products, and architectures for their technical and business potential. Working closely with engineering, product management, and business development, you will turn these insights into technology roadmaps, portfolio priorities, and investment recommendations. Your technical perspective will also support partnerships and M&A activities, connecting technology capabilities with customer value, competitive positioning, and future growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assess emerging technologies, digital solutions, products, and architectures to identify opportunities for portfolio development and innovation.
- Shape technology roadmaps and portfolio priorities by translating technical findings into clear recommendations for future investments.
- Bring technical expertise to partnerships and M&A activities, evaluating technologies and capabilities as part of technical due diligence.
- Partner with engineering, product management, and business development to evaluate customer requirements, competitive solutions, and technology gaps.
- Turn complex technical insights into clear business recommendations, considering customer value, competitive positioning, and growth potential.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Extensive professional experience in technology-focused roles within the energy sector, including power systems, grid technologies, automation, digital solutions, product management, or technology strategy.
- Deep knowledge of Digital Grid technologies, such as grid automation, protection and control, substation automation, digital substations, grid software, or DER integration.
- Proven experience evaluating technologies, developing technology roadmaps, shaping portfolio decisions, or driving complex cross-functional technical initiatives.
- With strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills, you can translate complex technical topics into business cases, investment recommendations, portfolio priorities, and executive-level communication.
- Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset, with experience working across international and cross-functional teams.
