About the Role Airbnb is seeking a Senior Platform Manager on the Trust & Safety team to define and deliver products that reduce safety incidents and build a trusted global community. You will lead cross-functional teams to create platform-level solutions for safety across the guest and host journey.
What You'll Do
- Create vision and strategy for Trust & Safety products and platforms.
- Lead a cross-functional working group of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, and policy experts to ensure alignment, execution, and launches.
- Maintain product backlog and the product roadmap.
- Own prioritization process of product solutions based on business value and customer impact.
- Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
- Build alignment across product teams (inside and outside of Trust & Safety), and Leadership/Executive teams.
