Job title: Senior Performance Executive
About the Role At its core, the Snr. Performance Media Specialist plans and executes paid media campaigns across relevant biddable channels to meet client objectives. The role is client-facing, collaborating with client teams and internal stakeholders such as comms, ATL planners, other digital specialists and client servicing.
What You'll Do
- Be the secondary point of contact for clients within the iProspect performance media team, attend internal catch-ups to stay aligned on upcoming campaigns and report on performance.
- Represent the team in regular external and internal client meetings, including status meetings, briefing sessions, campaign reviews, QBRs, etc.
- Manage partner relationships: regular catch-ups with priority partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns and identify alpha/beta trials, and assist with sharing client briefs and obtaining input for responses when time allows.
- Manage workloads and assist with coverage during peak periods to ensure timely, accurate delivery of work.
- Support development of client performance media strategies, define KPIs, and create practical, accountable plans and media presentations detailing how objectives will be met through performance channels.
- Create specific campaign elements (toolkits, creative options, segmentation, ad copy, landing pages) to align with iProspect best practice, and review analytics/tracking for campaign assessment.
- Create additional campaign elements or restructure accounts as required; ensure QA and accuracy of campaign builds, no overspends or delivery errors.
- Monitor daily delivery, optimize campaign elements (segments, creative, landing pages) based on KPIs, and deliver timely client reporting including weekly and post-campaign analyses.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in performance, social media planning, or biddable media / PPC teams.
- Strong understanding of planning and executing performance campaigns across various channels, mechanisms, and buying models.
- Practical expertise in performance activation on self-service biddable platforms; knowledge of additional tech platforms is a plus.
- Professional skills: passionate about digital marketing, numerate, able to manipulate data, strong communication, highly literate, committed to delivering high-quality work, meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- What success looks like: consistent delivery of high-quality campaigns on time and within plan; strong relationships with internal teams and clients; adherence to Finance and QA processes; contribution to case studies, platform POVs and blog posts.
