About the Role The Senior Pega Lead System Architect is the top-level technical leader responsible for overall architecture, design decisions, and best practices across large-scale Pega applications. Based in Mexico, this role is fully remote. What You'll Do
- Define and govern the application architecture
- Lead technical teams and mentor other developers
- Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and performance standards
- Participate in decision-making around integrations, data, and system scalability What We're Looking For
- Senior technical leadership with hands-on experience in Pega
- Certifications: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA); Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA); Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA)
- Ability to define and govern application architecture for large-scale Pega deployments
- Experience delivering robust, scalable Pega solutions and guiding teams
- Remote work setup in Mexico
