Senior PCS Operations Technician
This position is a first shift technical position on our Operations Engineering Team. The Operation team is responsible for supporting the Operations technician and maintenance teams. The position is integral to the support of Operations Team to resolve non-standard issues, solve complex integration problems, and integrate projects to improve key performance metrics for the department.
The person in this position will demonstrate a passion for resolving complicated operations issues as well as developing and implementing engineering improvements using technical integration and project management skills, The Operations Engineering Team is critical to supporting equipment maintenance audits, business audits, and asset management audits/reviews. The S2 migration to GEMS will be a key milestone for success.
Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Coordinate between engineering, operations groups and equipment vendors to complete scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance on Pumps, Scrubbers, Chillers and Exhaust Accessory Equipment.
- Perform feasibility testing to Innovate methods for lowering Stop Loss and improving Equipment Efficiency
- Obtain approval for budget and permission for implementation
- Field audits to verify task performance and PM effectiveness
- Create and update new/existing maintenance procedures
Skills and Qualifications Here's What You'll Need:
- Technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing
- Technical knowledge of electro/mechanical equipment
- Competent and experienced in oral and written communication skills.
- Experience managing manufacturing line defect / BM and executing corrective actions
The current base salary range for this role is between $31.00 - $46.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
