About the Role We are hiring an Austin-based Senior Payroll Specialist to join our global Payroll Team. The role ensures accurate, timely end-to-end processing of multiple domestic and international payrolls while supporting global compliance, audits, and reconciliations. This is a contract role expected to last a minimum of 3 months. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for domestic and international payrolls.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness; support audits, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Collaborate with global payroll team and other departments to resolve payroll issues.
- Assist with ad hoc payroll projects as needed. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of direct, end-to-end in-house payroll experience in a high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and auditing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global setting; excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-country payroll environments.
- Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and deductions. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range of $37 - $50 per hour for a temporary contract role.
