About the Role Senior Payroll GL Accountant role at Structure Therapeutics (portfolio company of Foresite Capital) based in South San Francisco, CA. The role supports accurate payroll general ledger accounting and close processes within the Finance team. What You'll Do
- Manage payroll general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close related to payroll and related internal controls
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll reporting and compliance What We're Looking For
- Experience in payroll GL accounting and general ledger processes
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of payroll tax compliance and internal controls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced biotechnology/biotech environment Nice to Have
- Experience with payroll systems and ERP (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- CPA or accounting certification (preferred)
