About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal Team. This role will support the Legal Corporate team on matters related to corporate governance, subsidiary management, board administration, and global corporate transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. corporate law and exposure to international entities and governance, experience reviewing form contracts, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Support the Corporate Team in preparation and maintenance of corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and consents for the board of directors in an international portfolio of subsidiaries.
