What You'll Do
- Lead or guide Oracle implementation initiatives within Tax Technology Consulting to deliver integrated tax applications.
- Collaborate with clients and Deloitte teams to architect, configure, and deploy Oracle solutions aligned with tax objectives.
- Manage project milestones, ensure quality, and contribute to client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior staff and share domain and technical knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Experience implementing Oracle ERP solutions, preferably in tax or finance functions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-location, client-facing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; professional certifications welcome.
Nice to Have
- Prior tax technology or Deloitte consulting experience
- Experience with Oracle Tax modules or Fusion/Cloud implementations
