About the Role Senior Oracle CPQ Product Owner responsible for shaping the direction of the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform, ensuring alignment with sales, finance, and operations, and delivering value through prioritized features that optimize the end-to-end quoting and sales process. What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with sales, finance, and operations goals.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team, communicate product vision, release plans, and progress updates to senior leadership.
- Drive user adoption through effective communication, documentation, and training initiatives.
- Analyze and enhance existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and utilizing product capabilities to drive operational efficiency.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement lifecycle for product features and integrations, including UAT, deployment readiness, and post-launch support.
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve system usability and performance.
- Champion end-user needs with training, support, and guidance to maximize product utilization and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain a data-driven approach to measure product performance and prioritize initiatives accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, customer-focused solutions.
- Surface emerging trends and technologies to inform MSI's long-term product strategy. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, IT Consulting, Oracle Applications Consulting.
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT implementations.
- Thorough understanding of Sales and Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes, including CRM, CPQ and ERP technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business and technical teams to deliver measurable results. Nice to Have
- Consulting background with focus on large-scale IT implementations.
- Experience with related technologies: Salesforce, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and/or Oracle Fusion.
- Familiarity with sales strategy, pricing strategy, revenue recognition, and approval workflow design. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $145,000 USD - $165,000 USD per year.
