Job Description
Are you passionate about improving manufacturing and logistics performance through structured analysis, Lean methodologies and practical Industrial Engineering solutions?
As Senior OpEx Engineer, you will drive operational excellence across manufacturing and logistics. You will analyze and optimize end-to-end value streams, automated production systems, material flows and operational processes, with a clear focus on productivity, OEE, capacity, lead times and inventory.
In addition, you will act as the Industrial Engineering and OpEx expert in factory investment projects (manufacturing equipment) — from early concept development and business-case assessment through detailed process and technical design to implementation and operational stabilization.
With your analytical, pragmatic and hands-on approach, you will act as a trusted partner to operational stakeholders and help shape efficient, scalable and future-ready operations.
You will join the Supply & Value Chain Excellence organization in Baden, reporting to the Team Lead Value Chain Digitalization, and collaborate closely with business leadership, IT, and technical experts across our value chain.
