About the Role Senior Operations Analyst at Uline will support warehouse and fulfillment operations in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin by analyzing processes, data, and performance metrics to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement practical improvements.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and optimize operational workflows across warehouses and fulfillment centers.
- Collect, review, and interpret data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (purchasing, inventory, logistics) to implement process improvements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
