- MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for various business functions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Develop and implement automated reporting solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure data integrity, compliance with organizational standards, and timely submission of reports.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reports. • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
