This role owns and supports the end-to-end employee lifecycle to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience, and leads critical HR processes to enable business success. What You'll Do

- Lead performance management practices, including goal setting, check-ins, annual reviews, and development planning
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility to build organizational capability
