The Role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Manage a diverse paediatric caseload across clinic, home, school and community settings.
  • Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy programs.
  • Work closely with families, educators and allied health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Mentor and supervise graduate and early-career clinicians.
  • Lead case discussions, peer learning and clinical development activities.
  • Support complex cases, quality improvement initiatives and service innovation.
  • Contribute to specialised programs, parent workshops and team development.

What You'll Bring

  • Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
  • Experience delivering paediatric or early intervention services.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication and report-writing skills.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting other clinicians.
  • Passion for helping children and families thrive.
