About the Role Join Moderna's international business services hub in Warsaw as a Senior Observability Engineer. You will define and build a modern, AI-enabled observability platform that delivers scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient monitoring across Moderna's technology landscape, driving reliability and business outcomes. What You'll Do
- Own the enterprise observability platform, driving cost optimization, capacity planning, telemetry governance, and platform strategy.
- Lead platform governance and engineering as a senior individual contributor, enabling intelligent operational insights across applications, infrastructure, cloud services, networks, containers, databases, and AI-powered systems.
- Work with open standards, automation, and emerging AI technologies to improve reliability, operational excellence, and business outcomes across the region. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience owning or building enterprise observability platforms and driving platform strategy.
- Strong technical background across applications, infrastructure, cloud services, networks, containers, databases, and AI-powered systems.
- Ability to define governance and engineering direction as a senior individual contributor.
- Familiarity with automation and AI technologies, with a track record of improving reliability and operational excellence; strong collaboration with global teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
