Senior Nurse Manager
We are seeking a Senior Nursing Manager - Education & Training to lead nursing education, staff training, and professional development at POCCH.
- The ideal candidate must be a registered nurse with a current professional licence, substantial clinical experience, and proven leadership and teaching skills.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice, competency assessment, mentorship, and clinical quality improvement is essential.
REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse with current professional licence; relevant postgraduate qualification in Nursing, Nursing Education or a related field preferred.

Substantial clinical nursing experience with demonstrated nursing leadership, teaching and staff. development experience.

Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice, competency assessment, clinical governance and adult learning.
