Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Senior NPM Buyer, to join our team in our headquarters in Lommel.

What you can look forward to as Senior NPM Buyer:

• Negotiate supplier pricing, commercial terms, and payment conditions
• Drive cost savings initiatives and support procurement performance targets
• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, including RFQs, orders, and issue resolution
• Support invoice clarification, payment term management, and master data maintenance
• Ensure efficient supplier management, including onboarding and risk assessments
• Optimize and support SAP-based procurement processes and automation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide procurement process support
• Prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures

Your profile as Senior NPM Buyer:

• (Bachelor) Degree in economics, supply chain, logistics or similar
• Proven negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence across functions
• Solid knowledge of purchasing principles and procurement best practices
• SAP knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive effective solutions
• Collaborative team player with experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional Environments
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
