About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to join our team at MACH Consultants in Qatar. This role is critical for designing, implementing, and managing robust network security solutions to protect our clients’ valuable assets. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of security technologies and best practices to address complex cybersecurity challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a secure and resilient network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and manage network security solutions.
· Ensure strong hands-on expertise with leading security platforms.
· Maintain knowledge of VPN and network security protocols.
· Apply system security design, cryptography, and risk management principles.
· Understand and implement Azure and GCP cloud security measures.
· Align business security needs with technical solutions.

Qualifications

· 8+ years of experience in Network & Information Security.
· Strong hands-on expertise in FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, F5 BIG-IP ASM, HP TippingPoint & FireEye APT.
· Strong knowledge of VPN & Network Security, including AnyConnect, ACS/ISE, and DNS Security.
· Experience in system security design, cryptography, risk management, and advanced Information Security concepts.
· Knowledge of Azure and GCP cloud security and business-security alignment.
· Relevant certifications in Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, Azure, HP TippingPoint, FireEye APT, Cisco ASA, and BlueCoat Proxy.
· CCIE Security certification is preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
