About the Role The Senior Network Engineer will design, maintain, and optimize the enterprise network infrastructure in San Gabriel Valley, CA. This role serves as a technical lead across network operations to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability, and will contribute to disaster recovery planning and infrastructure modernization while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams. What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments
- Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and related networking equipment
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for stability and scalability
- Lead disaster recovery initiatives, including planning, testing, patching, and ongoing maintenance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient network operations
- Support cloud networking environments and hybrid infrastructure integrations
- Perform capacity planning and recommend upgrades to meet business growth demands
- Manage firmware updates, patches, and system upgrades to maintain performance and security
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate and implement network solutions
- Lead or contribute to network-related projects from planning through implementation and support What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on networking
- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience working in large-scale or distributed environments
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols and network architecture design
- Experience supporting disaster recovery planning and execution
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts, particularly in hybrid environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead projects and work independently with minimal supervision Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise networking vendors and technologies
- Familiarity with storage and data center networking environments
- Experience working closely with cybersecurity teams
- Relevant certifications (e.g., networking or infrastructure certifications)

- Salary: $145,000 - $155,000 with discretionary bonus + stock
