We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of iOS and Android applications that support gaming headsets and accessories. This role focuses on manual testing, exploratory testing, and release validation, and includes day-to-day guidance for another Mobile QA Engineer.

What You'll Do

• Lead functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing for iOS and Android applications

• Validate mobile apps used to configure and manage gaming headsets and accessories

• Verify Bluetooth pairing, firmware update workflows, and device connectivity

• Run end-to-end testing across mobile apps, embedded devices, backend services, and cloud integrations

• Perform compatibility testing across multiple devices, operating systems, and mobile platforms

• Validate app behavior after firmware updates and new mobile releases

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and execution reports

• Identify, document, prioritize, and verify defects throughout the development lifecycle

• Support root cause analysis and production issue validation

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Firmware Engineers, and UX teams

• Take part in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness activities

• Provide technical guidance and daily support to another Mobile QA Engineer

• What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of Software QA experience, including 5+ years of hands-on iOS and Android app testing

• Strong manual functional and regression testing skills

• Experience testing Bluetooth-connected devices or consumer electronics

• Solid understanding of the mobile app lifecycle and release processes

• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Xray, or similar)

• Experience testing REST APIs with Postman or similar tools

• Experience mentoring or leading junior QA engineers

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Nice to have: experience testing gaming peripherals, audio devices, or IoT products; firmware update validation; knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and device pairing workflows; familiarity with App Store and Google Play publishing; basic understanding of embedded systems and firmware development; Agile/Scrum experience
