About this role
Senior MLOps Engineer
As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating scalable MLOps platforms and AI-powered solutions while leading the technical direction of critical platform capabilities. You will work with data scientists, software engineers, and AI/GenAI teams on building reliable, production-grade machine learning systems that accelerate innovation and deliver business impact at scale.
You will:
- Lead the design, development, and operation of scalable MLOps platform components and AI infrastructure.
- Drive technical ownership of end-to-end solutions, including architecture, implementation, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with data science, AI, and engineering teams to operationalize machine learning and Generative AI workloads.
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services and modern web-based interfaces using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Drive engineering excellence through hands-on development, troubleshooting complex production issues, and improving platform reliability, scalability, and observability.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting large-scale software applications and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend technologies such as React or Vue.js.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning platforms and AI-driven applications, including frameworks such as MLflow.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working with Generative AI technologies, AI agents, and agentic development environments using tools such as Cursor and Claude.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and driving architecture decisions across cross-functional teams.
