About the Role Senior Microelectronics Engineer position based in Alexandria, VA supporting MTSI's mission. This role focuses on designing and developing microelectronics solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Design, analyze, and optimize microelectronic hardware and related systems in support of customer programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and systems engineering to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support technical reviews, test strategies, and program execution from concept through deployment. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Relevant experience in microelectronics engineering, semiconductor design, or hardware development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with relevant engineering tools and methodologies. Nice to Have
- Advanced degree or specialization in microelectronics, RF, or mixed-signal design.
- Experience with FPGA/ASIC development, PCB layout, or signal integrity analysis.
