About the Role
Join an early-stage AI infrastructure team building agent orchestration and agent development systems for autonomous applications. You will help shape the core platform through hands-on engineering, architecture decisions, and technical mentorship.
What You'll Do

Design and build scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.

Develop frameworks and tools that help teams create, test, and deploy autonomous agents.

Partner with product and research teams to turn requirements into reliable technical solutions.

Mentor engineers and establish sound engineering practices across the codebase.

Contribute to technical strategy and long-term platform direction.
What We're Looking For

At least 8 years of professional software engineering or related technical experience.

Hands-on experience building or working with agentic infrastructure, agent frameworks, agent systems, or related distributed systems.

Experience building production systems in a startup environment, such as as a founder, CTO, founding engineer, or early engineering hire.

A broad, generalist technical background across multiple domains, with strong systems design skills and an ability to build for scale and reliability.

Proficiency with modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure, plus experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platforms.

Comfort working across the stack, from low-level infrastructure to high-level abstractions.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
