About the Role GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. This senior, customer-facing role is responsible for winning business by executing standard sales tasks, promoting pharmaceutical products, and building strong relationships within a local territory in China.
What You'll Do
- Develop promotional plans and programs for pharmaceutical products.
- Provide customer service and convey product information to healthcare professionals.
- Assist healthcare professionals in the rational use of our pharmaceutical products.
- Collect and feedback data on clinical use of medicines and hospital needs.
- Conduct compliant academic promotion activities, including: face-to-face discussions with clinicians and pharmacy staff; organizing and participating in local academic conferences (internal/external); hosting academic meetings and lectures; communicating via internet or teleconferences; other forms with hospital consent.
- Within applicable regulatory allowances and budget, execute and complete promotional plans and programs (if regulations change, the company may modify duties via written notice).
- Maintain two-way communication between market and company, upholding the company's image and professional product branding.
- Support bidding, pricing strategies, and reimbursement-related activities.
- Implement promotional plans and strategies according to company policy.
- Build and maintain business networks and client relationships.
- Assist the direct manager in gathering required promotional information.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy or related field.
- Five years or more of pharmaceutical promotion experience.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Commercial acumen, customer-first orientation, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination abilities.
