Job Summary
- Lamlan Digital Solutions is seeking an experienced, results-driven Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Executive to join our growth team in Lagos. In this role, you will design, execute, and scale high-performance paid ad campaigns across major digital platforms while driving creative social media strategies and content concepts.
- The ideal candidate thrives on numbers, possesses a proven track record of managing high-budget ad accounts, and knows how to maximize ROAS across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities

Performance Media Buying: Strategize, set up, manage, and optimize high-budget ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video/YouTube, Shopping), TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads to drive continuous ROI/ROAS.

Data Analysis & ROAS Tracking: Monitor daily campaign performance, perform A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages, and optimize targeting and bidding strategies to lower CAC and maximize conversion rates.

Campaign Strategy & Funnel Management: Build multi-channel digital acquisition strategies mapped to full marketing funnels (awareness, retargeting, and conversion).

Content & Trend Direction: Brainstorm, conceptualize, and guide creative direction for high-converting ad creative, social media content, and trending video ideas (Reels, TikToks, Snap Ads).

Social Media & Community Management: Oversee organic social media strategy, ensuring alignment between paid campaigns, organic brand narrative, and current digital marketing trends.

Reporting & Auditing: Conduct regular audits of advertising accounts and prepare transparent, data-backed reports detailing spend, key performance metrics, and actionable growth insights.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of agency experience actively working in a reputable advertising/digital marketing agency with trackable campaign records.

Proven Track Record: Ability to present live or documented high-spend Google Ads dashboards demonstrating concrete measurable results, clear strategic executions, and exceptional ROAS.

Certifications: Must present valid, verifiable professional digital skills certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certifications, Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate/Media Buying Professional, HubSpot, etc.).

Platform Mastery: Deep hands-on technical proficiency with Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.

Trend Savvy & Creative: Strong background in social media management, trend forecasting, and developing high-converting content creation ideas.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and programmatic media platforms.

Hands-on familiarity with web analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking pixel setups.

Basic understanding or editing capability for short-form video content and ad creative layouts.

Strong written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills with a strong eye for ad creative aesthetics.

Capability to manage client communication and present strategic media plans confidently.
