Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE)

About the Role The Turner Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) specializing in HVAC & Plumbing to lead mechanical design across projects from conception through construction. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and practical problem solving to deliver high-performance buildings from Concord, New Hampshire. What You'll Do

• Delivery of mechanical projects from conception through final design.
• Follows and manages project budget, work plan, consultants, and schedule.
• Communicating with Project Team and Clients.
• Creates design solutions to meet all necessary design requirements and specifications.
• Creates and proposes scope and fee.
• Maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Team.
• Facilitate communication through meetings, minutes, and updated memos to Project Team.
• Ensure projects are following the office standards.
• Coordinates work efforts while ensuring that the team remains on schedule and budget.
• Construction administration to include processing of submittals, RFI’s, and other project documentation. What We're Looking For
• Minimum 8 years of designing and troubleshooting HVAC systems and leading design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
• A thorough understanding of drawings, details, and specifications.
• Technical experience in document coordination and implementation.
• Management experience integrating engineering and owner consultant teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
