About the Role Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) to contribute to a close-knit A&E team in Concord, NH, focusing on HVAC & Plumbing design for a variety of projects. Primary responsibilities include leading mechanical design from concept through final design and supporting project delivery. What You'll Do
- Delivery of mechanical projects from conception through final design.
- Manage project budget, work plan, consultants, and schedule.
- Communicate with Project Team and Clients.
- Create design solutions that meet design requirements and specifications.
- Propose scope and fee and maintain collaborative client relationships.
- Facilitate meetings, minutes, and memos to Project Team.
- Ensure projects follow office standards and stay on schedule and budget.
- Coordinate work efforts across team members.
- Perform construction administration including submittals, RFIs, and project documentation. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years designing/troubleshooting HVAC systems and leading design projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer license required.
- Experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Thorough understanding of drawings, details, and specifications.
- Technical experience in document coordination and implementation.
- Management experience integrating engineering and owner consultant teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
