- Support continuous improvement through design reviews and optimization. What We're Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with engineering analysis and problem solving in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in defense or aerospace-related projects is a plus but not required.
