Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting) on building projects from mobilisation to handover

Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements; coordinate approvals with consultant and client

Plan resources, manpower and work sequence to meet project schedule and budget

Coordinate with civil, electrical and other trades to resolve site clashes and design issues

Supervise testing, commissioning and snagging; prepare handover and as-built documentation

Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, HSE standards and local authority (DM/DCD/Civil Defence) requirements

Guide and mentor site engineers, foremen and supervisors
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

10+ years of experience in MEP execution with Civil/MEP contracting companies, with GCC experience preferred
-
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire-fighting systems and international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA)

Experience handling high-rise, commercial or residential building projects

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; MS Project/Primavera is an advantage

UAE driving licence and Society of Engineers registration preferred
