About this role

Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs.
We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, "checkbox” security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Campaigns and ABM Manager to own account-based marketing strategy and execution while leading integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.
This is a senior individual-contributor role responsible for turning account intelligence and campaign strategy into coordinated, measurable programs across digital, field, webinars, direct mail, gifting, partner channels, and Sales or SDR outreach. You will own high-priority account plays while also managing repeatable campaign and webinar programs across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
You will report to the Director, Campaigns and Marketing Operations and work closely with Demand Generation, Sales, SDRs, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing Operations, and regional teams. You will serve as the connective tissue between account strategy and campaign execution—ensuring that every priority account has a plan, every campaign has clear owners and outcomes, and every program is measured against pipeline impact.
This is not a traditional campaign coordination role. It is an account intelligence, program ownership, and execution role that uses marketing as a precision instrument to help Sales open doors, accelerate opportunities, engage buying groups, and win.
What You’ll Do
-
ABM strategy and account planning
-
Own ABM strategy and execution across East Coast priority accounts and other assigned target-account segments.
-
Build one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many programs based on account tier, segment, intent signal, buying stage, and pipeline status.
-
Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to define, maintain, and prioritize target account lists.
-
Develop account-level plans for priority accounts, including buying-group mapping, engagement-gap analysis, message personalization, channel sequencing, and next-best actions.
-
Build tiered plays for cold prospects, intent-active accounts, open opportunities requiring acceleration, and late-stage opportunities requiring coordinated buying-group engagement.
-
Establish a structured ABM planning and reporting cadence with Sales, SDRs, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
-
Use intent and engagement signals to refine account prioritization and recommend where to focus program investment.
-
Integrated campaign and program management
-
Partner with Demand Generation, Campaigns, and Customer Marketing to plan and execute integrated campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
-
Own end-to-end campaign project management: build plans, manage timelines, coordinate dependencies, track risks, and ensure deliverables stay on track.
-
Translate campaign briefs and ABM strategies into detailed project plans with clear tasks, owners, due dates, dependencies, launch requirements, and success metrics.
-
Ensure every campaign has defined goals, target audiences, offers, channels, account or contact segments, follow-up motions, and measurement plans before launch.
-
Coordinate inputs from Product Marketing, Content, Field Marketing, Digital, Partner Marketing, SDR/BDR, and Sales.
-
Build and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, landing pages, social, partner channels, field programs, direct mail, gifting, and coordinated Sales outreach.
-
Maintain clear, up-to-date campaign documentation and status so stakeholders have visibility into progress, risks, and changes.
-
Global webinars and virtual events
-
Own planning and execution of webinars and virtual events across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, including scheduling, registration, promotion, live-day coordination, and post-event follow-up.
-
Manage speaker, moderator, and partner logistics, including preparation calls, run-of-show documents, dry runs, and day-of support.
-
Collaborate with regional marketing and Sales teams to localize webinar topics, timing, promotion, and follow-up for local markets and time zones.
-
Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure webinars are correctly configured in Salesforce and the marketing automation platform, with accurate campaign membership and pipeline attribution.
-
Design webinar programs that support both broad demand generation and targeted ABM plays for priority accounts and buying groups.
-
Track registrations, attendance, engagement, meetings, pipeline, and conversion, then use learnings to improve future programs.
-
ABM program execution and orchestration
-
Design and execute coordinated account plays using Influ2 or equivalent contact-level advertising, ZoomInfo intent, LinkedIn, Reachdesk or equivalent gifting, field event invitations, content, webinars, and SDR outreach.
-
Partner with Field Marketing to extend ABM plays into CISO dinners, roundtables, bespoke enterprise experiences, executive events, and regional activations.
-
Coordinate with Digital on account-targeted paid media, audience construction, messaging, and cadence.
-
Partner with Product Marketing to develop account-relevant proof points, case studies, benchmarks, and use cases for specific personas and buying groups.
-
Build direct mail and gifting programs with clear thresholds for when gifting is deployed, to whom, with what message, and with what follow-up motion.
-
Ensure ABM programs are integrated with broader campaigns rather than operating as disconnected, one-off activities.
-
Monitor in-flight performance and optimize audience, message, offer, cadence, channel mix, and sequencing.
-
Sales and SDR alignment
-
Serve as a primary ABM and campaign partner to Sales and SDR leadership.
-
Run account-planning sessions and campaign working sessions that align stakeholders on target accounts, buying groups, priorities, timelines, and next actions.
-
Share intent and engagement signals in real time, including ad engagement, direct mail activity, gifting, webinar attendance, content engagement, event participation, and account-level intent surges.
-
Give Sales and SDRs a clear next action for each active ABM or campaign play.
-
Partner with SDR leadership to design outreach sequences that complement ABM and campaign touches rather than running in parallel.
-
Serve as a central point of contact for campaign status, risks, changes, and follow-up readiness.
-
Hold regular performance reviews with Sales, SDR, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations leadership covering account engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, stage progression, and ROI.
-
Campaign operations and systems
-
Ensure campaigns, webinars, ABM plays, and events are correctly built and tracked in project management tools, Salesforce, and the marketing automation platform.
-
Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain consistent campaign hierarchy, naming, UTM structure, campaign membership, account and contact segmentation, lifecycle tracking, and attribution.
-
Build repeatable workflows for campaign intake, audience creation, execution QA, launch readiness, follow-up, and post-program analysis.
-
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues across Salesforce, Pardot or Marketo, webinar platforms, ABM tools, and related systems.
-
Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase team velocity without sacrificing accuracy.
-
Use AI and automation to improve campaign planning, account research, workflow execution, troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting.
-
Maintain organized campaign, account-plan, timeline, and performance documentation as the team scales.
-
Measurement and optimization
-
Define and own ABM and campaign KPIs, including account engagement rate, buying-group coverage, registrations, attendance, meetings booked, pipeline generated, pipeline influenced, stage progression, conversion, velocity, and ROI.
-
Build and maintain reporting that gives leadership visibility into performance at the account, campaign, channel, regional, and program levels.
-
Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to ensure data quality and actionable reporting.
-
Analyze account, campaign, webinar, and funnel performance to identify trends, gaps, anomalies, and opportunities.
-
Distinguish activity metrics from meaningful business outcomes and use that analysis to guide program decisions.
-
Continuously test and optimize messaging, channels, offers, sequencing, webinar formats, and account selection.
-
Turn program learnings into repeatable playbooks and recommendations for the broader marketing organization.
-
Cross-functional collaboration and leadership
-
Work closely with Demand Generation, Campaigns, Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, SDR/BDR leadership, Sales, Finance, and regional teams.
-
Lead cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities.

Influence without direct authority by bringing structure, data, clear recommendations, and reliable follow-through.

Mentor peers and help establish stronger campaign, ABM, webinar, and operating practices across the Marketing organization.
