A Little Bit About Us: You might know us from our founder and CEO, Dave Ramsey, who's given no-nonsense money advice on the radio since 1992. Three decades later, Ramsey Solutions is a household name in personal finance, with a mission to change the toxic money culture for good.
-
Our Mission: Ramsey Solutions provides biblically based, commonsense education and empowerment that give HOPE to everyone in every walk of life.
Here's a Taste of Our Benefits:
- Health insurance (includes plans eligible for an HSA—with a company match up to $500!)
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% match/company contribution
- Annual wellness, counseling and grocery membership reimbursement
- On-campus cafe with subsidized pricing for breakfast, lunch and coffee bar
- Dependent care FSA
- Tons of cultural activities, like weekly devotional, leadership development courses, Battle of the Bands, and one epic Christmas party!
Where and How You'd Work:
-
Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That's why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.
-
While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
What You'd Do in This Role:
- Great marketing starts with knowing the customer, and you'll be the person who keeps that understanding sharp. You'll build and lead marketing strategy for your area of the business, turning customer insight and performance data into clear plans the team can run with. You'll partner closely with sales, product, and fellow marketers, help the squad decide which work matters most, and keep a steady flow of ready-to-execute work moving. You'll also raise the bar on messaging, positioning, and channel strategy, and you'll bring the poise and influence to share a point of view that makes the work better.
You're Probably a Match If:
- You've built and led marketing strategies that supported real business goals and customer needs.
- You think strategically and can connect business goals, customer needs, and performance data to make sound recommendations.
- You approach problems logically and look for the real issue, not just the surface-level symptom.
- You stay close to the customer through interviews, behavior data, and performance data, and you know how to spot opportunities in what you find.
- You communicate clearly, explain the why behind your decisions, and tailor your message to the audience.
- You're comfortable pushing back thoughtfully and sharing a point of view that improves the work.
- You're a trusted teammate who works well across teams and with stakeholders at every level.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Building marketing strategies and action plans that grow your area of the business while protecting the quality of the experience for customers.
- Using customer research, behavior data, and performance data to find opportunities and fix problems early.
- Reviewing results regularly and adjusting strategy and tactics based on what's working and what isn't.
- Shaping stronger messaging, positioning, and channel strategy across your campaigns.
- Driving discovery before work begins by gathering context, clarifying goals, and closing gaps.
- Managing the request pipeline so the team always has clear, prioritized work ready to execute.
- Sharing opportunities, concerns, and learnings with leaders and teammates in a timely way.
- Contributing to a healthy team culture marked by ownership, maturity, and collaboration.
Other Stuff to Know:
-
We're looking for people who are passionate about our mission. This isn't just a J-O-B. We experience resistance every day because what we believe is absolutely countercultural. We actually hate debt. We actually cut up our credit cards . . . like, for real. Some of us are still fighting our way out of debt, but we aren't going back. If you don't know much about Ramsey Solutions and our founder, Dave Ramsey, we encourage you to download the Ramsey Network mobile app and consume our content.

If Ramsey Solutions sounds like a workplace where you can get excited about Mondays, apply today. We can't wait to hear from you!
