About the Role The Senior Manpower Analyst will support workforce planning and manpower analysis at Fort Belvoir, VA. This role focuses on assessing staffing needs, forecasting personnel requirements, and partnering with program teams to ensure resources align with mission priorities. What You'll Do
- Conduct manpower analyses and staffing forecasts to support program requirements
- Develop and maintain staffing models, metrics, and data visualizations
- Collaborate with program managers, HR, and leadership to translate data into actionable plans
- Prepare concise reports and briefings for decision-makers
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and security requirements What We're Looking For
- Experience in manpower analysis, workforce planning, or related analytics
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel or analytics tools
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with program management and staffing processes Nice to Have
- Experience in federal government or defense programs (preferred but not required)
