About the Role Senior Managing Director responsible for overseeing all activities for the office/location, communicating strategy to managers and employees, and aligning with business unit and corporate objectives. This role leads long-term planning, growth, and client engagement within a major financial services organization.
What You'll Do
- Oversees, plans and directs all activities for the offices or locations; communicates overall strategy to reporting managers and employees.
- Upholds corporate policies and procedures; develops objectives and strategic plans for the location that meet Business Unit and Corporate objectives; directs activities to achieve them.
- Oversees development and monitoring of financial planning and pricing of products and services; responsible for capital and expense budgets.
- Oversees client interactions and communications; monitors retention of current clients and broadening of relationships; addresses sensitive or complex client needs as needed.
- Identifies and researches potential for community or market expansion; develops sales goals for new business; participates in sales presentations; investigates strategic opportunities for acquisition or expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Leadership and organizational skills to determine goals, resource needs, and to assess and develop the skills of staff; capable to direct activities for multiple units.
- Knowledge of business strategy development, long-term planning, and management of profitability/performance of a major business segment.
- A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience; related industry qualification required or preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $236,555 - $414,115 USD per year.
