Job title: Senior Manager/Category Lead for Professional Service
About the Role The Senior Manager/Category Lead for Professional Service will own end-to-end sourcing and category management for Professional Service spend across Travel, MICE, Car Fleet, Real Estate & Facilities, and Consulting & Market. You will partner with internal stakeholders to develop category strategies, drive savings, and ensure compliant and efficient Source-to-Pay processes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute category strategies for Professional Service spend across designated subcategories.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including market research, RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contracting.
- Manage the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including requisition to payment, vendor onboarding, and invoice management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) to ensure alignment on requirements and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in procurement or supplier management of professional services.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to summarize and present insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-functional teams and multi-location environments is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in Travel, MICE, Car Fleet, Real Estate & Facilities, or Consulting procurement.
- Experience in multinational companies.
