About this role
About the Role Lead and shape analytics and data governance for Gilead's supply chain. You will design and maintain dashboards, drive data quality, and partner across functions to enable strategic network decisions and operational excellence. What You'll Do
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of supply chain dashboards and reports (e.g., OTIF, cycle time, inventory aging, capacity, freight costs). Translate business questions into analytical requirements and deliver recurring and ad-hoc insights for leadership.
- Integrate and harmonize data from SAP, 3PLs, WMS/TMS, freight processors, and clinical/commercial systems; maintain data quality controls; steward data dictionaries; establish exception handling and audit trails.
- Design and operate automated processes to reconcile internal ERP data with external feeds; ensure SOX-compliant documentation and support audits; investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
- Build and maintain simulation and scenario models (capacity, storage, logistics risk) to support network strategy and procurement decisions; stress-test future pipeline needs.
- Validate PO allocations, freight invoices, and coding; partner with finance and logistics to resolve discrepancies and recover costs.
- Develop automation (SQL, Python, VBA); create SOPs, process maps, and technical docs.
- Collaborate with commercial planning, clinical operations, logistics, procurement, QA, and finance; coordinate with external partners on data interfaces and SLAs.
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives; quantify impact and track benefits realization. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience with ERP systems and supply chain operations management.
- Background in inventory planning, production scheduling, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and operational improvement projects.
- Experience supporting global supply chain operations and business process standardization. Nice to Have
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement credentials.
- Experience with simulation modeling and capacity planning.

- Salary range: $102,085.00 - $132,110.00 per year.
