About the Role The Senior Manager will join the Structured Credit and Funds Financing team to help ensure sound asset growth by properly analyzing and adjudicating credit requests, validating data, and making effective recommendations to facilitate timely decisions. The role focuses on subscription finance, CLO warehouse financing, and related non-bank financial institution portfolios, with collaboration across senior management and business lines. What You'll Do
- Operate in a team-based environment, adjudicating credit proposals primarily for subscription finance and CLO warehouses, while also covering investment funds, pension funds, independent broker/dealers, and central clearing counterparties.
- Ensure prompt and timely adjudication of credit applications and periodic/annual reviews, with complete supporting information and concise recommendations for senior management and the credit committee.
- Provide recommendations and participate in discussions in Senior Credit Committees. What We're Looking For
- Senior Manager level experience with working knowledge of private capital funds and the CLO industry.
- Ability to interact with senior management and business line leaders; capability to advise on deal structuring complexities and provide credit expertise.
