About the Role EY Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Solution Architect to join our growing Microsoft Customer Engagement and Power Platform team. Our Microsoft solutions group covers advisory and planning, design and architecture, implementation, training, and business adoption. This role focuses on providing leadership for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, shaping architecture standards, and guiding solution design and strategic technical direction to help clients capitalize on digital transformation. What You'll Do
- Provide solution leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, shaping architecture standards, solution design approaches, and strategic technical direction.
- Lead EY's Microsoft solutions group activities across advisory/planning/design/architecture, implementation, training, and business adoption to help clients capitalize on customer and data-centric digital transformation. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a solution architect or senior manager leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform projects.
- Strong leadership and technical oversight with ability to shape architecture standards and design approaches.
- Experience delivering advisory, planning, design, architecture, implementation, training, and business adoption initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
