About the Role You will lead and evolve Marqeta's Credit onboarding engineering team, responsible for building, operating, and modernizing core components of our credit platform and scaling the next generation of onboarding solutions for fintech.

- Build, operate, and modernize core components of the credit platform.
- Drive architecture, delivery, and engineering excellence at scale.
- Provide clarity in complex environments and move with urgency while maintaining high standards.
What We're Looking For
- A proven leader in software engineering with the ability to set a high bar, move with urgency, and bring clarity in complex environments.
- Experience building, operating, and modernizing platform components in fintech/credit domains; strong cross-functional collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary CAD 177,100 - 221,400 yearly; eligible annual bonuses; flexible work arrangement (Flex First) with pay calibrated by location.
