Technology Consulting, Technologies & Platforms, Risk Technology – SAP Security and GRC (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1736284), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Kansas City, MO.

Provide Risk Management services to help clients enhance their risk strategy, optimize risk management functions, and improve controls and processes by implementing SAP Application Security and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools. Help clients implement technology solutions to enrich and improve decision making, provide visibility and transparency of risk and compliance to stakeholders, and automate manual processes. Assist clients transform risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance. Lead engagement teams in assisting clients in overcoming challenges of risk management and focus on improving business performance in SAP Application Security and GRC. Lead teams in working clients to design and implement their processes into the SAP GRC Access Control tools. Utilize leading practice business tools and methodologies to serve diverse and sophisticated clients across multiple industries. Lead teams working with clients to design and implement their processes into the SAP ERP through transformation journeys with Application security, GRC Access Control or similar such SaaS offerings. Oversee the design and development of SAP Security solutions across all SAP applications (On-prem/ Cloud/ Saas) in accordance with business requirements and security/ compliance, regulatory standards. Lead and motivate client engagement teams and provide technical leadership in the strategy, assessment, design, and implementation of controls, security, and IT/GRC risk solutions. Lead pursuits teams to drive new business development opportunities, identify opportunities on existing engagements. Oversee communication across functions (internal and external to EY) to identify and document functional requirements. Keep abreast of industry developments, practices, and trends with the SAP Security and GRC space. Advise on process and controls improvement, to help clients optimize their processes and controls by focusing them on risks, taking advantage of opportunities to streamline and eliminate duplicative controls and leveraging technology to automate controls.

Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management information Systems, Information Security, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience (5 of which must be progressive, post-baccalaureate). Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management information Systems, Information Security, or a related field and 7 years of related work experience.

• Must have 6 years of experience in an SAP Security, GRC, and Controls lead role.

• Must have 6 years of hands-on experience with Design, Build, Test and Deploy Application security framework across various SAP applications, including SAP S/4 HANA, and FIORI.

• Must have experience in 3 full end-to-end SAP GRC Access Control implementation (version 12.0 or higher), including designing process to support review of Segregation of Duties (SOD)s and Critical Actions (CA); temporary emergency management, and user provisioning.

• Must have 5 years of experience in project management, including scope, timing, resource allocation, and performance.

• Must have 6 years of experience supervising onshore and offshore teams throughout the project life cycle.

• Must have 6 years of SAP technical experience in the strategy, assessment, design, and implementation of controls, security, and GRC risk solutions.

• Must have 6 years of professional services client facing consulting experience.

• Must have 2 years of experience supporting business development efforts, in the RFP process including any combination of all the following: Response, Research, Proposal, Client Presentation, and Pricing and/or SOW drafting.

• Must have 7 years of experience leading and coaching teams of SAP consulting professionals.

• Travel required up to 80%, of which 10% may be international to serve client needs.
