Key responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Business Planning (S&OP) discussions by translating complex supply chain and business data into actionable insights, enabling fact-based decision making and alignment across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.

• Develop, govern, and communicate a comprehensive supply chain performance management framework, tracking key metrics including Service Levels, Inventory Days on Hand (DOH), Logistics & Distribution Costs, SLOB, Forecast Accuracy, and Operational Reliability to drive continuous improvement.

• Identify and lead strategic initiatives across Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, Exports, and Distribution Networks to improve service performance, optimize working capital, and enhance end-to-end supply chain efficiency.

• Drive the evaluation, design, and implementation of digital supply chain capabilities and transformation programs, including advanced planning solutions.

• Lead network and customer segmentation studies, annual business planning and budgeting exercises, cost-to-serve analytics, and inventory optimization programs to support profitable growth and operational excellence.

• Champion the supply chain analytics agenda by leveraging advanced visualization, data science, and automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, and R to deliver predictive insights, scenario modelling, and decision-support capabilities.

• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to develop long-term supply chain strategies that improve resilience, agility, sustainability, and customer service across the end-to-end value chain.

• Lead strategic analytics and scenario planning for capacity, inventory, sourcing, and logistics networks, providing executive recommendations on key business risks and opportunities.

• Experience in Pharma/FMCG supply chain preferred
